Affiliate aggregator/middleman for coupon website?

Hi,

there are thousands of online stores that provide affiliate system. I'm making a coupon website (already have traffic) and I don't feel like managing affiliate partnership with each site separately.

Is there any affiliate aggregator for online stores, where I could register on a single platform and have access to majority of online store affiliate programs?
