The affiliate links are allowed in the Pinterest.

If we have the 10 accounts with different IPs and publish the products from the same site with the different affiliate links. Also every account publishes other images as normal.

Would these accounts be regarded as the related accounts?

Well it depends in the URL. for example if you have your urls like this: Brand/1.com Brand/2.com (like this) Yes you might have problems if one of your accounts starts getting flagged the urls Will get flagged too. (try to use safe pages first)
