If its just for churn and burn type CPA you'll be fine
I actually have content on the website that I want readers to read plus I do not want my website to be banned from google or anything. I just signed up for CPA Grip but debating on using it.

You should be fine. Some people have problems with some 2.0 sites because of sending their IG traffic directly to a landing page. Beyond that as long as you don't have Adsense going simultaneously as if you do unfortunately you'd have to check their terms as I am not that familiar. If you ever find yourself just getting a headache over it all you can just have a feeder link on your site, create another blogspot or site and host the landing page there so your site isn't touched at all.
