If you go on the revshare route, you want to work with sites, which will be around for long years to come and actually trustable.
This "whale-hunter" doesn't even come up on Google. Do you have an url for the site? It can be a promo tool set up by a (lesser-known) CPA company, just like how Slutroulette is a Streamate promo tool by Crakrevenue.
I got curious whether i'm this illiterate and searched for these on the biggest adult webmaster forum too, where all of the cam sites are well-discussed. No results for "whale hunter", with hyphen, without hyphen, nothing, nada. There are 4 results for "newbie nudes" from 4-5 years ago and 3 of those threads are dedicated to payment issues with titles: 2x "Rant: Newbie Nudes - waiting to get paid, again.", "Rant: Newbie Nudes - payout." . Not a good omen, if you ask me.
I investigated this a bit further, the cam site of Newbie Nudes is Newbie Cams, which has the exact same template as Streamate, so it must be a white label.
If i wanted to try something else than Chaturbate, i'd go with other bigger players such as Livejasmin via AWE/Crakrevenue, Bongacams, Camsoda, IMlive, Cam4, Flirt4free.
