As per this thread, https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/affcheaptools.1009883/ one can make account without invitation as well.
tried that as well but they are zero responsive and never received the account

indianbill007 how about you star a similar service like affcheaptools. they had massive userbase and seems like they abandoned it completely. been using it for over 2 years. not its gone. need replacement

I sent message 3x and none of them has been replied. I may cancel the service in the next couple of weeks if nothing is fixed.
