Per-Click Program: $0.30 for every standard male member and $1.50 for every standard female member; bonus for non-US standard male members: $0.05, for non-US standard female members: $0.25

Percentage Program: up to 75% of initial membership fees plus recurring bonus

    Per Order Program:
up to $100.00 per order, regardless of the purchase amount (starts at $19.95)

If your traffic produces less than 1 FREE signup in 20 visitors your account may be retroactively converted into a "percentage payout" account at anytime after you've sent 500 uniques or 3 days. The same is true if it produces less than 1 paying membership in 25 FREE signups.

    You decide :)

No point in choosing Pay per click unless you have AMAZING traffic, they will just kick you off anyways. They all "convert" the same, they are the same website. The user doesn't see anything different. If you think you have pretty decent traffic, then just split it between Pay Per Order and Revenue Share. Watch to see if you get any signups, and then if any of them actually re-order. You will be able to see what is most profitable for you by split testing.
