Adworkmedia Fixed EPC or what?

Hi guys! I wanted to share this. While browsing AWM offers I noticed the all the EPCs where way to high and did not correlate with the CR and Payout of the offer.

For example these offers

The first survey, No 3287, has a payout of $1,10, a CR of 19,74% and an EPC of 0.30.

Although if you multiply the Payout with the CR, $1,10 * 0.1974 = $0,21 which is the EPC.

As you can clearly see the EPC we found ($0,21) is much lower than the $0,30 printed on the screen!

I might be missing something here so if you notice a mistake please post it.

Yea thats the first thing i noticed myself the first time i looked into awm offers. Im really not what they mean, though you can open a support ticket and let us know

The reply said that they exclude traffic from bots and fake traffic and that they have their own algorithm for calculating the EPC.

I guess that algorithm tends to make the EPC look higher by 0.1$ for every offer

EPC is probably the publisher's maximum set EPC (notice how it's a round number.)

The CTR depends on performance, so (CR * PAYOUT) is the *actual* EPC according to the CR(notice it's not a round number).

We don't how where they get that CR from(probably an average), so basically what they'll reply is the CR depends on performance, which may vary.

The important thing is you get the Payout in full every time an action is fulfilled. If you do, then it's fine.
