So, I picked up an iphone 11 US SOI offer to promote and it was preapproved. It took my around 2 days to get with making the landing. Why? Internet connectivity issue. So, as soon as my net became stable, I was finished with the landing page but for some reason I went to double check the offer as I would be running ppc. Upon checking I saw the offer was removed and all other iphone offers required pre-approval and only one was preapproved.

So, if I ran the offer with ppc and got leads, would I have still got payment?

But you didn't run the offer.

Anyway, it doesn't take an affiliate manager to tell you, that until an offer is available and you promote it, you get paid for it. It isn't network-dependent. When a network pulls an offer, they send out an email notification (usually) telling you to stop sending traffic to that offer immediately and/or they redirect the traffic to the next best offer automatically.

Offers from adworkmedia, and similar networks get removed and new ones are added everyday.
