Adwork media + ulock.it question

Hi, I am trying to use ulock.it with adwork media but I cant seem to find the tracking link, can anyone help?

It states quite clearly in the ulock.it instructions exactly where to put your affiliate ID and offer ID. This question is pointless. Why wouldn't you first try to find this information on ulock.it or adwordsmedia?
