adwords youtube campaign 0.01 ppc method pls help

can some one help me out with this one how its done i could muster a ppv campaign not a ppc one i havent seen good results i invested 6 dollars in to it luckily i got another chance now with a cool guy giving out promo codes for adwords ill share link pls help out community members cheers

if you have indian traffic ofc you get low cpc, need good traffic and good keyword to get money

omg didnt you know this the coupon codes and has nothing to do with that, your target audience will ofcourse be USA when you create your ad campaign it has that functionality i did my self
