Adwords with non-Google search engines

About 10 years ago, you could get cheap traffic from small search engines like 7search.com and ah-ha.com. For a couple of pennies a click, you could get a maybe 5% of what you'd get on Google, but a #1 spot on a bunch of these engines was almost as good as the last spot on Google. Then I went with Google as those engines withered away. But is there anything else out there where you can get any kind of traffic, even a few clicks a day real cheap?

Anyone?

I have a few no1 positions on bing and yahoo for what google calls 'difficult' kw.

Given the traffic I get from them I would never consider using PPC on these platforms.
