Keywords had 8k US monthly search, another 6k US search.
I used exact match, but bid was like $1 per click. With $100 budget/day, I couldn't even get up to 24 clicks/day.
I was #1-#4 for the keyword and quality score was good.
Why is it so expensive? Why are clicks low for US targeting?
