adwords voucher not credited

I would really appreciate it if you could suggest me something to get a refund from adwords,
when i first used blogger i received a message that said i would get 75 euro adv free if i spent
25 euro first. In other words 100 euro worth advertising while spending only 25.

As a noob that i am i failed to realize that i also had to enter the vouvher code in my adwords
account to activate the discount. I paid the first 25 euro expecting that the rest would be free
so now i am charged with 70 more euro. I contacted the online chat of google and i was told
that the voucher code has expired and i cant use it any more. I explained that this is my only
adwords account and they were able to verify that indeed they had send my an activation code
at my email and that i was eligible for the discount but they told me that i lost the discount
simply because i failed to activate the discount by entering the code in my adwords account.

Anyone had a similar issue? Any advice please? Is there a special department in google where
i can as for a refund?

I don't think you will get a refund even if you try to. You made a mistake, now is the time to move on.

if your account is not old just buy a voucher here on bhw for $1 and add it to your account.You will get the $75 credited

just make another account and use another voucher.. adwords voucher are easily gotten nowadays anyway
