I'm looking for vcc that can be used to pay in adwords linked to google merchant. The accounts will be US based and I would need a reoloadable VCC.
Can you advise some places from the forum that I can buy from?

1) Do I need only US issued card?
2) How can I check if the vcc supports postpay?
3) Any guidelines for the minimum amount I need on it first?

if your're newbies with google ads then my recommended is use facebook ads instead of adwords, or buy adwords ready account .

1) VCC works with any address. So you can use VCC's for any country you like to use.
2) If its not a Prepaid card, you're able to create accounts on Adwords/ facebook & it will let you to create postpay account. User binchecker[dot]com to check your card's type.
3) You will need minimum of $1 to have on your VCC in order to get accepted for Adwords verification. Facebook doesn't need any initial deposit on your card.

i would recommend you get yourself the vccs, its easy and almost for free just open one bank account which provide such service online and use them using always different names, address etc in adwords
 
Although vcc works for adwords, there are other variables that come into play while creating a successful adwords account like your ip address, the way you create accounts etc. You can check the marketplace here, few of them do sell reloadable vcc's. Good luck.

You should expect around 20 to 25$ for NON reloadable VCC for adwords but if you get Reloadable VCC that's another thing.

I think these starts with $30 + 20% of reloadable amount something like that.
Better to listen the experianced here and learn how to create them before burning your investement.
 
I need vcc for google ads asap! No prepaid. Not working anynore.
