Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Aug 8, 2023, 9:00 PM UTC with more information about this problem. Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Do you think the threshold problem will be fixed after the update? even suspended accounts are currently suspended

even suspended accounts are currently suspended
If you do not appeal suspended accounts, then all suspended accounts will remain indefinitely suspended. Not all accounts get suspended. But, for those accounts that get suspended, no matter what a suspension reason shows as, appeal every such account by filling & submitting the Google Ads account suspension appeal form and with a combo of algorithms and luck, few or many of the appealed accounts would get reactivated.

Next question : " @Trust WorkShop , I appeal suspended accounts, but even after 10, etc days, no reply ? I feel like I am not superman. How can I also become a superman like you ?".

Answer : If no reply comes upon appeal, then on the 6th or 7th BUSINESS day after appealing, go to the section in the Google Ads account from where you submit the appeal form and you will see something like add more info or submit additional info and a box there. In that box, fill a short story, such as "I have waited over 5 business days blablabla, but no reply to my suspension appeal so far blablabla, kindly blablabla, because I need to use Google Ads blablabla blablabla blablabla ...".

Ofcourse, it is decided by algorithms, but the algorithms are "designed" to then think "This does not seem to be a f__ker, he seems like a serious advertiser, so perhaps let us also not be too much of a bitch and make a decision (to reactivate OR NOT to reactivated".
In my experience, doing the above on around the 7th BUSINESS day after appealing (if there is no appeal reply), speeds up the appeal decision reply and that decision reply could be a reactivation or even otherwise.

HINT : And in any appeal forms, in the box where we add more info or additional info, do not copy/paste the same text (matter) in multiple accounts (for appeal), make that "content" unique in each appeal, as you do not want their algorithms to think "This is the same f__ker appealing multiple accounts, so let us f__k all such accounts"
