Adwords Tracking/Display URL

Hi,

I'm kinda new to the PPC game.

I see a lot of ads on Bing with destination URL similar to this format - hxxp://0.r.msn.com/?ld=d3Slm-8ftvkdKfYBpgMY-HPjVUCUywjd2y888LuXpKz2_9AP9UTqQPBe34KX2krmUU55pTRy3AJQGvqR6aRJwG9nEck7x1aOIkQFhOcHUErOstt9-kx_HGOUXwmI5upVXPiU7Jg06_3rL14Z7_SeYwq3Yffrzt1ULLlz7UFDOUew8xY8-K&u=[REDIRECT URL]. They all have some msn.com origin. Is this some tracking that I need to set up in my Bing Adwords campaign?

How do I get my ads to display a URL like this without showing my actual destination URL? Any help would be appreciated.

Bing is disapproving my ad when i am entering display url for my affiliate campaign. Saying "We have detected a policy violation below". How to get ad approved??
