Because he just sent me the old method that can be used to create accounts with basic 250$ or 200€ thresholds, which is useless for me, because I need 500$ or more per account to make it profitable, otherwise I'm wasting too many time and resources.

It would be nice if the other guys that were scammed aswell could explain their experiences in a few words

The old method is quite easy, basically applying to adwords from an AWS instance (with US IP) using a prepaid virtual or a created paypal account (with the prepaid virtual card) to add as payment method. He gave me some contacts selling ready made google accounts and the prepaid cards (all very low quality)

But you can be sure that method won't work, all those datacenter public IPs are already known by most services so you can create the account, but will become suspended soon, plus those virtual cards with junkie banks will usually get easily flagged aswell.

Obviously I tried with residential IPs and better prepaid cards (belonging to brick and mortar banks), and initially had more success (that was two years ago), but after repeating the procedure few times, lately most account became suspended after few clicks (mostly suspicious payments).

Fortunately while doing all those attempts I learned a lot about AdWords and managed to drop conversion cost from $14 as average to $2, so now I can happily pay for the ads and there is no need to keep trying these methods.
