I recently got my adwords account permanently suspended. I'm not sure why but I would appreciate the help. What do I do to open a new account? New billing address?

You can keep that suspend account for checking new coupons.

Got my account suspended immediately after I tried to direct link to an offer on click bank... did research and some people said I could direct link on the Content Network, so I tested that and boom - next day my account was suspended...
Just set up another one with a $100 voucher, setup on a new computer, different IP address, different address, different name, and different URL...

When using new account, did you remove ads in old account ?

Nope, didn't touch anything in the OLD account. Never even logged back in after getting the new account...
