Adwords suspended for suspicious payment when there is no method added !!!

See, what almost no one realizes, nor anyone would even agree (except @ppcads ) is that in many cases the suspension reason will show as due to suspicious payment even though it is a campaign, niche, issue. For example, if someone increases daily budget from US$10 to straightaway $100 , then 99% there would be an account suspension and 100% it would be showing as due to suspicious payment, whereas the issue was within the campaign (daily budget huge increase).

man I just created the account ! there is nothing in it . went into billing section to check it out and it was suspended !

I think the account which you bought from somewhere is already been flagged by Google for some miss use in past.

I also think the gmail could be the problem but I didn't see any mails indicating that it has been used before

Yes might be. Try with new accounts. If you are buying from somewhere then you have to give multiple tries. If still not working change the provider.

When you make an account and they figure out who you are or who they think you are, they will show you the same reason why a previous account was banned.
So either you had a previous account that was banned or maybe the IP of that email address you bought is flagged.

This is happening with most of the account these days... this may be because of some browser finger print issue or some update going on google side..
Yeah you right looks ;like G is cracking down on threshold accounts

yah actually this happens after every 1 or 2 month of Gads work's well then behave notorious which i have noticed so far.... and also it depends on your country of accnt..

Exactly, you are right. 99% of suspensions with reason showing as due to payment, in reality has nothing to do with payment. What OP (John Milly) would have done is (account would have been good) : he would have started to create his search campaign and hence firstly the country / region targetting, daily budget, cpc and next keywords and there he would have entered keywords that is in a niche which is restricted or not allowed as per GAds policies and then after that next step would be to create the search text ad AND this very point his account got suspended : Therefore he setup the keywords , but not yet the ad text ... And based on the restricted and / or not allowed keywords obviously account got suspended ofcourse showing as due to payment (in reality not due to payment), OR perhaps in first step he would set a high daily budget (over US$20) .... So, he ultimately thinks that his account got suspended (due to payment) "before" he could create his campaign.
