I can't find option to add bank account on UK Germain and other european country adwords accounts google limited adding bank accounts only for usa?

When was the last time you saw the option?
It's still in India, so not sure why it ain't in EU

This option is availabe in Israel as well, the AMs from Google are actually prefer to work like that.

i think you are right i added a bank acc to my adwords account now i have a temp suspended banner saying no form of payment think i need to add a card
