status of my ad is eligible and under it says your ad is not reviewd yet can take upto 1 day
is this awaiting a manual review or just a bot review?

I think its not a bot review,you could wait for sometime.
Some reviews may take longer because some ads require more complex review.
If your ad got eligible which means it is running by google search pages so wait for it to get the positive results.

It's most likely a manual review.

Prolly, you've changed something which triggered this manual review. Did you add more keywords, change website etc?

Set your cloaker to "under-review" in the meantime, till the review lasts.

Wait for some days it takes some days to review otherwise contact them.
Google reviews the ads and complies with their policies and is safe and appropriate for the users.
