Adwords Problem

hi,

I opened Google Adwords Account, i setuped my ad, keywords and everything then i completely forgot abt that. now its standing in $160 as balance, and i don know abt it. i got some sales of $50.. I changed my Address and other details. Will they come to my home and ask money? i got a mail stating that if i don pay then they will come to my home and ask it.. i am really scared.. any suggestions appreciated.. i used VCC genereated from my bank account.. give me some suggestions..

Google Adwords use per paid i don't think this they use post paid. How you got the credit balance I don't know.

I dont know how post paid Adwords works. Any one pls help me also how it works.

I still owe them $500.
Actually that was not my fault. They charged my virtual prepaid card but didn't receive money.

In VCC how much credit you have to do post paid signup. I though adword will debit some amount before starting the campaign

I've never heard of Google coming to someones
home before. They have different policies for
different countries...see I did a search, so I
know these things.

In some countries they won't bill you, they
just send this fellow to your house, and HE
collects the money.

I hope this helps.

:tumblewee: I need Help man.. Again i opened Few Accounts. Ads were not running. I mailed them and asked that y my ads r not running and they said that my all accounts have been banned. But now all accounts r running..

lol.... if its post paid, I may start an account for my dog.

He's bigger than Google's dog...lol

I doubt Google will send anyone to your house. I don't think they hire any thugs. They are too big to risk something like that.

And if its $50, I wouldn't be cost effective for them to do it...

They CAN forward the case to a collections agency, actually that's what I think they meant when they said they will come to your home and ask for the money.

You owe them $160.

Will they come to you home? I've no idea since I pay my bills on time and have no experience in that area.

What do you mean that your "completely forgot abt that" and now that you have a balance due you "don't know abt it"? Did you read anything about how AdWords works or the TOS?

When you start an AdWords campaign, you need to pay attention to it and monitor performance ... unless you just want to waste money.

Don't be scared; just deal with it. Contact them and tell them when you can pay it and get it paid. Your irresponsibility is not their responsibility. They'll probably turn it over to a collection agency that will try to contact you by whatever means are available to them.

AdWords is a great resource so you might not want to blow it with them. A nicely aged, well-run account enjoys great benefits ... such as lower keyword bids.

Edit: If you are in arrears, your ads are most certainly not running. Give them a call if you are in doubt.
