Adwords & Popups? Help?

Hey guys,

Creating a new Adwords campaign.

Lander has 2 popups.

One popup is triggered at 20 seconds.

The second is an exit intent.

Both popups offer a free report if they subscribe.

Question: Does this violate Adwords policy?

Adwords says no popups or interstitials that block the user's view of the site. Does my first popup do that?

I see that their policy is no popup that blocks an attempted exit. Does my second popup do that?

Any advice is appreciated.

What part of the adwords policy didn't you understand.....The part where it says no popups that block the users view of the site...or the part where it says no popup that blocks an attempted exit. No POPUPS!

By the adwords policy it is not allowed. Furthermore it can increase your site's bounce rate.
