Adwords payments issue

All of a sudden I'm not authorized to make payments on a couple of my adwords accounts even though I'm the administrative owner and no other users have administrative or any other types of access to them at all. The warning message sounds as follows:

"You'll need edit access on this payments profile in order to complete this task. Visit the payments settings page and click "manage payments users" to find the admin who can grant this permission to you. If you've already requested this permission, check your email to accept it."

Anyone had the same problem?

Send them an email, it might be bugged.

Have you been able to fix this? I am having the same problem

I'm facing the same problem right now. It must be a bug for sure because I can make payments like normal on my other accounts but not in one of them. I am a MCC and the only owner who have access to these accounts... Chat people are completely useless, they are never able to solve anything and sending an email is more of the same thing. I might try to jump on a call with them to see what's going on.

This is not a bug. Not many people know, but in addition to the usual administrator rights, there is also the administrator rights to pay bills. And you must also have admin rights to pay bills. This can be seen in the payment settings.
It does not always help to contact support, but in 70 percent it helps.

I am the only administrator of the whole MCC and the status shows admin with all permissions. I can pay like normal for all the accounts this thing is only happening in 1 account that's what makes me think that this must be a bug 100%

Hi! Have a client with the same issue or similiar. He share an account with a Media Buyer with role Admin. About a month ago the Media Buyer email appear as Profile Payment and also received monthly bills without any permission. He don´t know how he can get the admin privileges for doing that.
