Adwords on iframed site question

Hi everyone,
I?m about to launch my 1st Adwords campaign and I have a couple of questions that I would like clear up before I start.
The site that I?m about to promote is iframed and I know that it is against adword?s TOS but I read somewhere in this forum that you could setup the iframe right after the ad gets approved and start getting some clicks, and take it away before the budget gets used up. What do you guys think about it?
The 2nd thing that I?m curious about is the quality score. Does the above strategy affect the QS ?
Any advice on this will be very much appreciated.

Simply you will get banned. find a method to promote cpa offer in a legit way with adword. That is the long lasting method.
