Campaign status: Eligible
Ads status: Approved
Keywords status: Eligible

Ads not running.

What's up?

Is this a legit account or is there anything dodgy about it? Ive had issues with some accounts doing this and never got rid of this message.
 
Have you run the website/keywords before an another account?

No. The website is new and I'm pretty sure they keywords and/or the website is not in conflict with Google's advertising policies. If you want, I can PM you the link for you to see the site.
 
What do you mean when you say it's not running? Is it not showing for particular keywords or all keywords or not at all? Are any errors showing?

If it is only showing for particular keywords then you have probably added certain keywords to your negative keyword list by mistake. If it doesn't run for any and there are no errors, then you are probably testing it in a different area or at a different time then you have stipulated in the campaign settings.

Test the ad in the ad preview tool (you should do this anyway so it doesn't effect you CTR) and you can select the regons etc that you want and it will also give you diagnostics. The ad preview tool is in the "tools and analysis" section in the top menu

Try to run More actions->Diagnose keywords and see what status adwords will show after that on one of the keywords
 
Any of you use multiple Adwords accounts just for the vouchers? If yes, how do you pass the verification of billing information?
