Adwords Fraud Clicks. Google is not helping. Need Help.

first you need to get invalid click ip list.
Free option >Visitor list from cpanel
Paid option > use third party click fraud monitoring to get fraud ip's - clickcease, ppcprotect, clixtell and many more.
Block those ips in adwords. (u can block max 500 ip's only)
if ips are more then 500 ip's, Block through htaccess.

Secondly, if these clicks aren't costing a meaningful amount then keep in mind that they are inflating your click-through rate. I've had big wallet clients who actually saw some benefits when their comp tried this. But stopping it should be easy enough unless the attacker is really smart and motivated.

Which protecting software did you try? I tried clickcease but wasn't happy at all. Then gave a try to Adtector and i'm still using them (a few months already) since they get the shit done.
Did you try monitor the IP's manually via server logs? did you try to monitor from which device most fraudulent clicks are coming from? maybe they are targeting specific keywords
Let me know, would love to help since this happened to me already =\
