i can give a google engage account with which u can request an adwords exam voucher. ull have to checkup on the gmail acc for it.

Google Engage Account are hard to have just for 20 adwords vouchers. I don't think it worth it. I don't know how much you estimate your lifehour/rate but if I were you, I will wait tables for 10 hours and make the money to buy 20 vouchers.
