Adwords + Ecommerce Problem

I want to promote an ecommerce shop with adwords campaigns. The shop owner is doing adwords himself. Im coming with my accounts and trying to find a way to make it work to churn through coupon accounts and promote his shop. He doesnt want to have his main domain banned so redirecting, cloaking might not be a good idea. Would doing a product wall work, that would link to the shop product? Or would i need to make a blog? Or a lead page where i capture the email and then send them emails with products? Im looking for the way with the most bang and where i can churn through the accounts easily. Any experiences are highly appreciated!

any suggestions? would making a shop review site work / or displaying a bunch of products like the amazon and bay affiliates do it?

Ideally you'd build a series of e-commerce stand alone landing pages, but if you're forced to burn through $100 vouchers you'll never optimize anything for shit so you'll be stuck with a lot of work and a poor overall conversion rate.
