I have Google Engage, so I have access to a bunch of regular Adwords $100 Coupons that can be used on new accounts.

However, I received in the mail a few days ago $100 coupons that could be used on existing accounts. Is there anywhere I can buy these, and if yes; what should I expect to spend?
