Hi, i'm not located in the US i'm just using a VPN, i recently redeemed a $100 coupon but i should spend $25 first, the problem is i don't have a US billing address, my question is : is there any other way to pay the $25 to google ?

I'm from Europe, and used a random American billing address in the past. It worked for a couple of weeks, then it got suspended, so you can try it..
