What are they exactly doing? If they're already being tailed by police, let them do their job. Or you could go to 4chin(i=a) and ask some of the neckbeard hackers there to help you.

Let the police do their jobs. If they are conning people it will catch up to them soon enough.

Wasting your time on other peoples businesses is only gonna hurt your own. Innovate and position yourself differently in the market.

Let the police do job but you could always message Google Adwords team and tell them whats happening.

You can try reporting them to Google, but that may not even work as long as their sites follow the ToS.

Who cares? Make some money and forget about what somebody else is doing. Plus, as long as what he's doing isn't illegal and Google is going for it, good for him.

yeah he had a mortgage company and a property leasing company and he stayed around the last time for a year before action taken. The only way to shut him down is to take the money out of his mouth. I assume their are no tools to click him off the adwords syste,?
