How can I see if my competition runs AdWords campaing? I want to know if xyz website runs AdWords campaigns or not. Any tool for that?

You might want to try SEMRush, I'm pretty sure they have competitor paid ad reports

I remember seeing a program a whole back, where if you searched a keyword, it would tell you the urls that had an Adwords account with that listed under it. Crap, I can't remember now.

Exterian,

You may not have much other option than to search for the company name or keywords you think they might be using and going through the ads that pop up. You should be able to discern a fair amount of competitors just using this strategy.

No I haven't, but I'll check it out. Still surprised no one has a program to evaluate this information.
