If you WH.
First of all, if you didn't violated any Adwords Policy you can write to Adwords that you a good guy. And they will bring account back.

If you BH.
1. Make new Ad account, new domain, find cloaking software. Make Ad on WH page with cloaking on BH page (on your new domain or old domain). Profit.

In this thread there were many useful tips, and the main thing is that you should be quick. If you BH - Google ban is the matter of time.
Google makes many things so that banned users can not run ads anymore. So if you get banned you should make new Acc and change everything to prevent new ban.
And if you don't want to think about it: about creating new accounts, domains, VMs, IPs, welcome to the world of Adwords account farming (if you need more info about it - PM me).

Can you write me a PM so that we can talk about it too? Cuz the other user was banned an i cannot write PM.

You have to remember who Google is, that simple mess up could cost you big time across all of your accounts. Its not just domain, I would deff change up your farming methods, ips used, domain host, servers etc regularly. PM me if you need any other info...
