I second that. look into using coupons at least until you get the hang of it. $60 won't get you anywhere in media buying.

Agreed, you will need to burn through at least $60 just to get some data back. It is possible to make money, even in the weight loss niche. Bid on product brand names and close variations, link to the payment page - not the vendors sales page. It can be a headache to get the site approved at first, you have to be careful with what you say and claim - if you pursue and build more sites you'll get the hang of it.

Your result will be? Most likely 0$ but it could be $500 that depends on millions of factors which can't be covered here.

I'll give you an advice. If weight loss is your favorite niche, try it in in your local country market first. There should be much more cheaper clicks in your local language. As far as you earn enough money, (and experience) you will go worldwide. 60 bucks for that ultra competitive niche is nothing.

It depends on the products and the price you will have to pay for the clicks. For some products, if u get 1000 visitors - u can expect 1-2 sells.
For some products, if u get 100 visitors - u can expect 1 sell. However, from my experience, I can say expecting maximum 1-5 sells for 1000 visitors is enough. U can get an estimate about the clicks that u will get for 60$ from adwords. Get the estimate and then multiply it with 0.005 (5/1000=0.005). The result will be the number of sells u can expect.

AdWords is very expensive, $60 is nothing for them. Weight loss clicks cost $8-$14 already or even more. Not worth the shot if you are not a pro, we all pro here but you need to become 1
