Adwords Click Discrepency

Hopefully posting this in the right section!

I'm noticing a difference in the number of the clicks between the Mobile App and the web based version.

For example, the app shows 30 clicks for yesterday, however when I check the website - it only reflects 14. Has anyone else had this problem or know why its happening?

Actually, you should have posted in the Adwords section. But that's OK.

I only use a desktop. Only thing I can say is, make sure you are looking at the same thing: same date range for example. It's easy to put in the wrong date or some other setting. When everything is the same in both, as far as I know they should match.

Thanks for your reply - date range is the same. Even my clicks for the month differ quite a bit. Is it possible that maybe the mobile app shows clicks that are "invalid" in Google's eyes? I don't think there would be any, but if thats the case is there a way to find out which ones aren't registering?

I'm desperately trying to increase the overall CTR - right now I over around 0.58% and would like to hit 2-3%. It's an entertainment blog so I know conversion is lower to begin with, but I'm sure it can be increased even just slightly. Any help would be much appreciated.
