thing is, just like usa, i cant do so from my country...

I would imagine that you'd have to be in a country where it is allowed, have billing that matches that country, an ip in that country, and have paperwork from the gov. in that country showing that you can run a gambling establishment. I don't think it's worth it because then your ads only show up in the country where you're allowed to run a gambling establishment so you'll get few clicks. Better to go SEO route.
