We are on multiple advertising venues, we keep track of where our customers are coming from, 70% google, 25% family and friends (word of mouth), 3% facebook and 2 % yelp.

You can setup a dynamic dns service and what ever short url points to that dns service it redirect to your website any time you change the domain just change the dns info , that way you lose no advertising money on change of domain .

You just use the dynamic domain for all the adverts not the real domain name , this way you can chage the real domain anytime and lose no advertising money .

You said there pointing there bot at the real domain well this well work ...

Your be pointing all the adwords traffic to the dns url and they redirect to the domain you add to the dns service this way you can have any domain you want ..

This will fuck there idea up.....

You only let adwords and internal services no your dns url that way there fucked killing adwords clicks

Do not let anyone except paying advertising systems no your dns url .....

You join a dns service online ,

The dns service will give you a url of there own for your account only

When you add a domain to your dns controll panal, the dns url you was givin go to that domain you added.

So anythink you point at the dns url goto your domain name....

Example say i join dns.com

When i join i get this account url, this url will be the url i will use for any advert promotions like adwords.
Www.dns.com/123456

When i log into dns.com
I will add a domain name of my hosting page like www.mydomain.com

So know adwords sends to www.dns.com/123456 but all traffic goto www.mydomain.com

I would completely stop communicating with them as you are just wasting your time and showing weakness so just send them a quick message with a big F U. Aside from that, you are making incorrect assumptions about the situation you are in, so the first thing is for you to understand the situation better. First, they are not targeting you by your URL as there is no such thing. If they are using bots then the bots are searching relevant KWs for your business and then looking for your URL, but it is only as a result of specific KWs that they are searching. Second, there is no way that your campaign is being limited to a 30-50 mile radius and you are STILL receiving tons of fraudulent clicks. This is because there is no way that they have tons of IP's that are local to you. Therefore you are either not correctly limiting your campaigns to the proper locations, or the clicks are not invalid as you say they are. It is one of those two possiblities, period.

can the police help you at all?

You say you have no money and you let people stealing it from you ? Fight back and make a bot two times better than the ones they use and make them pay twice what you pay.
You can't support a loss of 300$+ every day.

How many people are in your city ? Because that's a huge city if you said that much IPs are coming from there. You tried to narrow this and you still have bots comings ?
I'm not an expert in this, but you need to get your hands dirty and crush them.

Why it's always good people that get bullied ?

Thank you for the clarifications, so they have to be targeting certain KW then the URL which might be the case. As for the invalid or fraud clicks, we have no idea, but we are getting tons of clicks that stay less than a second on the page, targeting the same KW over and over and not browsing the website for even a second. We have negative KW, limited 30 miles radius using google target locations, and only people within the 30 miles radius can search us. Everyone from outside the 30 miles radius can't. When we track some of the IP addresses, most of them belong to VPN, data centers, closed down business and more. Maybe there is something we are missing here or do not understand. But we are glad and thankful for everyone on here for taking the time to help us and inform us.

Thank you for understanding our situation, the reason we had not got our hands dirty is we believe in karma and that if you do bad to people, it will come and hunt you back eventually. Completely agree that if this keeps happening, they will run us out of business soon and take more share of the market. We are sure they are also targeting other competitors beside us. They want the whole market for themselves. We are located in New York City, so not sure how many local IP address within 30 miles radius it can be. We do not know how to create, program any of these bots and how to run them without getting google account suspended. But if it is the last resort, then we will have to use it. You are right, it is usually the good people that get bullied around and driven out of their business, we care so much about the business and put our hearts in it and that's why we have 5 star ratings across all the platform, while the competitor who is targeting us is doing it for the sole purpose of investing and business and does not care a bit, he even challenges bad review by accusing the customers to have other motives to post bad reviews.

Updates, We just found out today the reason we had been getting fraud charge backs lately in the past 2 weeks or so. So many fraud charge backs (people used stolen credit cards) to pay. They hold the spots and then cancel or no show or come and play and then the charge get disputed by the real credit card owners. Our payment processing system tracks the IP addresses where the payment came from, and it looks like they are coming from the same source as the fraud clicks as well (VPN and such). We are in New York City, so yes there can be many IP address. We had enough, not only he is using a bot or whatever to click our ads, but also using people who can steal or have stolen credit cards to make bookings/reservations and have us waste our time with them, then we lose the money in the disputes. We had enough and we need all the help we can from here to play dirty back with him. This has gone beyond ethics or anything that we have seen. Please if you are a professional programmers, coder, google adwords and bots, we really need your help. Thank you.
