Be sure to be checked as all other websites once you will submit your website to Adwords, however it sounds you should be good.

Completely different thing in my opinion. The way huge corporations work... probably the employees working on Adwords in Google don't have much to do with SEO spam, etc

If there is legit unique content in your BH marketing 'clean IPS', 'clean proxies' and at least 20-30% whitehat ranking you should be good with adwords
