Adwords- billing recieq

Hi there, im in Adwords game for one year, and I see from January 2018 lot of accounts going to “billing review” for like really long time ( my record was 15 days ). And now, I’m thinking what exactly they “check” on billing review. We all know there isn’t any bypass trought that, but there’s specifics occasions wich start billing review, like so much ads on fresh acc, so big daily budget etc.

I’m doing Accs all the same way, but some going trought first review and live for long time, and some got second review after week, however I didn’t change anything.

So I’m thinking what exactly they check, if adress is real? If cc is from legit bank, or it is vcc? If gmail acc had something else in database, not just created gmail, Adwords and that’s all? Thanks for any ideas
