Dig and experiment a lot. Do different things and do things differently and you will get 80% accounts up and running even during the current stormy season. Think out of the box. No one during this ongoing season will just so casually share their working methods. Methods are same, the extra "things" done makes the difference. I am into Adwords (Google Ads) since 5 years. If you are churning and burning, then you always need to be digging and experimenting and doing things out of the box. Simple. If you cannot think out of the box and expect someone to easily casually keep sharing working methods with you, then BH and / or churn / burn Adwords (Google Ads) is not for you. It is now only and only for REAL HUSTLERS. Simple.

One of the best ways to use an AdWords account is through old and previously advertised accounts. If you can find such an account, you can show your ads in a normal way.
You using Cloaking or just cleaver clean lander?
As Adwords crawlers are beefed up this year as I'm sure you all know.
I'm getting accounts up and running for about a day or 2 then they are getting banned. these are using cloaking (hence I think its the cloakers arn't up to scratch lately)
I run $20k + Daily spend on FB and Adwords
Adwords have been alittle more of a bitch lately, and advice would be ideal and I can trade with best solutions for FB running all accounts up to +3k spend no issue for BH and a cheap method to get real accounts that work everytime.

Do yourself a favor and the rest of us also a favor :-
1) Turn on your laptop or destop
2) Connect to the internet
3) Open an internet browser
4) Go to www dot google dot com
3) You will see a search box
4) Type there "What is a card bin"
5) Then hit the Enter key on the keyboard of your computer / laptop
6) Then on your screen, you will see Google search results
7) Go get a nice strong cup of coffee or tea
7) Click on some of those search results (URL links)
8) Read all with alertness and attention
9) You then "ought" to know what a card bin is
10) Open a can of chilled beer and celebrate the occasion / the achievement
