Some have had great success with it, while some didn't. If you have the money you could try and see if it works for you

The big gamblers of IM Game have success with it as they know how to use it, but many have wasted their money, I will not recommend until you have good knowledge of adwords and which I think you don't have , if you had you would not ask such question. But As an experiment you can give it a try.

If you are not targeting English keywords, then it is worth a shot. Otherwise I can't recommend it. Too expensive. SEO is better.
