Hi,

i think about using adwords to promote a page of a video of famous star and lock it with a content locker
does google allows this, i mean using star's name in title and description of the ad campaign ?

why don't you try by yourself ?

I bet Adword doesn't allow this black hat stuff. Even if they do, i'm sure you will make less money than the amount you spend on Adword

Don't get stressed if people haven't done your testing for you... you do need to do testing yourself, sometimes

No Content Locking and Link Locking not acceptable in Adwords.
