Is Bing easy approved? I have used Google more than 1 year with one risky website. Bing and Yahoo did not let me in.

clickbank , Amazon Affiliate can be good alternative as well

You can try using teaser ads with websites such as Propeller Ads or Hilltop Ads. They have super cheap CPC bids.

They're cheap for a reason.
Both are extremely bad networks with the lowest possible quality traffic, mostly bots - stay away.

I dunno I've had Propeller Ad traffic convert, but obviously, the quality isn't as good as it would be through AdWords or google search.

Do you have any proof that traffic coming from teaser ads is mostly bots? If you do, I'd like to see it.

Working with ads &traffic is what I do for living on a daily basis. I conduct traffic tests (using own budget) to test different ad networks (including mentioned above) for the quality of traffic an conversions/earnings. The traffic was tested through multiple ad filters (DV, IAS, MOAT, Impact - former Forensiq) and user behavior tools - all detected bots. You don't have to use expensive filters to see that traffic is rubbish.

Not sure why would I give access to reports of my sites to someone I don't know, but you can continue working with those ad networks and get your own report basing on your own performance.

Can we promote a website which has copyrighted content on it using these paid ad Networks?
Any tips on how to get a warez site approved by Google AdWords so i that I can run ppc ads and get traffic?

I didn't said 'unethical' - I said risky.
Yes, I have promoted it over a year. But then it was blocked anyway.
Risky Like what?
Warez?Porn?

dont think anyone was asking for "access" to your reports lol. but uh as a "community" dont you think it would be helpful to like, i dunno, share those findings somehow??

you could at least be a bit more specific about how you determined it was bot traffic. saying you ran a bunch of tests means nothing without showing some results. personally i dont care either way as i dont use those networks and i likely never will - just trying to improve the discourse around here.

I was asked for proof - the proof is in the reports, I shared my experience, but not going to hold your hand from burning - go ahead!

You clearly 'dunno' what you talking about and a newbie in traffic arbitrage if you 'dunno' about filters, never heard names of the companies mentioned above, and 'dunno' about user behavior studies and what they do and reveal.

How can you improve anything if you 'dunno' anything about it? If you don't care - why bother commenting?

Propeller Ads is definitely not the best traffic source around, as @se900se said it's mostly bots... but still, you can make money there - money is being made there everyday, even if you have 50%+ bots coming from there, you still have some real human converting traffic for CPI offers.

Important thing when advertising on 2nd/3rd tier traffic sources is to quickly blacklist placements that have just too many bots ("too many" depending on your offer's conversion rate).

Along with Propeller, you can also try Leadbolt, Clicksor, Go2mobi, Avazu, etc... all of them have not-so-good traffic but you can still make hundreds of dollars of profits per day with any of them.
