    Hey everyone,

Did anyone manage to get good sales with Google Adwords?

If you did, how much did it cost you? And how much did you earn?

The short answer to your questions is - depends.
Depends on what you are trying to sell and how large the competition is. Hope that helps.

Crazy stuff. I am just starting a thread about PPC and I seen your post so I thought I would throw my 2 cents in.

First of all use Google Keyword Tool - FREE - just google it. Find out how much competition there is and how much it is per keyword.

If there are a great amount of searches and low cost per click go for it, you will probably make money. You can not control the outcome of someone clicking on your ad. What you can control is how targeted it is.

Example - You are selling acai fire for men. If a girl searches diet help and finds your ad, it probably won't be a sale. Now if you have it set up where men searching for acai fire finds your ad you are way more likely almost guaranteed to make a sale.

I hope this makes sense and helps.

It's vary depend on keyword and competitor, you may pay from 5 cents up to $15 for a click.

The key to using PPC successfully is to track absolutely everything. It's way too easy to blow an obscene amount of money without knowing in detail what is or isn't working. Make sure to set up something like (the free) Prosper202 and really understand how it works before you start spending money on PPC.

Much more accurate information than Googles keyword research, they just show you how many have searched and a bar showing you how much competition there is.
