Adwords advise needed..

Hi guys,
My adwords account was suspended for payment issues, probably because i used a vcc. My question is, can i re-use my name, address, phone number etc to create a another account using a new email id, website and a new debit card (not vcc)??
will they link my old account?

Whatever you do, just do realise that adwords is smart!

you need to change your MAC Address, IP, and phone number for sure

billing, i have experienced no complications, but just be on the safer side

If you instruct your bank or credit card company to reverse a charge that was paid against a legitimate AdWords balance, also known as a chargeback, your account will be suspended. You can resolve the issue by making a payment to cover the unpaid balance.
 
When is everyone acc banned you need new ones ip, cc, phone number , name
