Same here I have 4 adwords accounts and all been approved but no clicks or impressions for over 4 days, I guess its due to the covid-19 issue as they even have a message warning about long approvals delays.

i experience the same issue, only for me the ads stood without any impressions for many days until I took them down, because I was thinking I do something terribly wrong..

Your status means that your campaign is active and can show ads. The "Learning" part is your Bid Strategy status. After you make a change to your bid strategy (or create a new campaign), it takes time for your Ads account to gather the performance data it needs to optimize your bids.

Also the reason why you're not seeing any stats/not spending money might be because
a) Your campaign is too new. Stats are not shown realtime. Check back tomorrow
b) Your bidding is too low. Increasing your CPC might help in case a) doesn't work after a few days.
c) You've selected the wrong date

I am new to adwords and have been playing with it for the last couple days.
if you do not receive any traffic for more than 3 days just recreate another one and move on
It is just a matter of time until that account get suspended.

Bro you probably haven't caught up yet but its already discussed in other thread, this is happening because of covid-19, Google even sent messages regarding campaigns very slow approval time due to no staff in office. its even on YouTube also. This is why they warn not to edit old campaigns and any newly created campaigns will face severe delays

It is said it relates only to ads such as video discovery ads , not text ads .
In my regular AdWords I am creating new ad copies and it's approved in less than an hour ...
Maybe it only relates to first ad on the account idk ?

I launched a campaign more than 14 days ago... 1 still have 1 ad that isn't approved - but still, no impression from the other 15 or so ads that are approved.

"Bro" maybe you haven't caught up yet, but this only applies to video ads. And as I said the delay might be because his account/campaigns are new.
I spent a lot of money on SEA and I have no issues even with Covid-19.

What kind of ads do you find get approved faster in this period and in Search or GDN?

I mostly run search ads and I didnt't have any issues so far. This might be because I have a seasoned account and didn't change much recently.
I can't give you too much info on GDN, since I only use it for remarketing and only a small percentage of my budget.

I experienced some issues with the whole COVID-19 late approval, also had to wait like 2 days till I saw impressions.
Just recreate and activate it again

^ Some ad formats like RDA do not get approved during Covid no matter what
