Adwords accounts with VCC

Anyone knows the best way to safely establish and activate Adwords accounts with VCC?

I get closed down yesterday with my adwords account so I need the some info as you.

As most of you guys know it's pretty hard/impossible to create new accounts for adwords to run ads using only vouchers. When you create a new account you'll always (at least I do) get your account suspended due to "unable to verify billing information".

I tried creating adwords accounts with VCC's several time, but everytime my ads never run and after a few days I get my account suspended due to not able to verify billing information. Tried several different VCC with real billing information and even an real (my own) creditcard. So seems like adwords is just (random?) banning everyone just to be sure it doesn't get abused.

And yes I did the usual, clean (android tethering) ip and cleaned the browsers cookies/history with ccleaner. So in my opinion it's (very) hard to get an adwords campaign running using VCC's.

I am able to successfully run with vouchers. I have run so far around 100 accounts in this month. I dont know why you cant able to run.

Neoboy, do you mind sharing it? Because you just joined and without proof no one will beleive you.

Btw, do they also ban you for invalid billing info if you just create ads, but don't load any funds?

Or only after you add a VCC/voucher? I am wondering if they check your name/address before you add a form of payment.
