I wouldn't worry about it and it's just so hard to use they actually did you a favor because you will end up saving money by not using adwords trust me

This PC is now flagged. Using Chrome will get you flagged each time too. Google has very sophisticated anti-fraud systems, prepare for a hard battle.

How can I come out of this problem
It might have been because every time I try to solve with other systems
I use virtual card that is valid and there is no problem

Use a VirtualBox virtual machine, new windows install and only use that for one account.
justcloakit is scam website... they spy and hijack all users campaign.,..

Unfortunately this kind of thing is getting more and more common on BHW. Create brand new account and post something like "X is a scam" just so it gets ranked for that keyword.
Probably a competitor.
Mods should probably remove this kind of baseless accusation.

I agree here, insomuch as the accusations need to be proven, not just written.
@OP - Not only do you need a vcc thats not known to Google already, but you need an appropriate residential ip address to go along with it. You need to have several things actually to make this work. A virtual machine with a residential ip address, clean browser, vcc that matches the ip address area, and a domain not linked to any of your previous Adword accounts.
