There are multiple reasons for the adwords accounts been blocked..
try this Change the Ip and Create a single account and put a simple ad..
if the account is getting suspended.. then change your internet connection..
Cause this will change your Ip..
If that works then you have a fresh start..
if you do not wish to do all of this give me the Url and keywords along with the negative keywords and I will set up an account for you.
